Died Friday at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center.
He was 76.

He was born in California to Jesus Uriarte Sr. and Lupe Garcia.
He married Ramona Sanchez in 1959.

He served in the U.S. Navy from 1950 to 1961,
fought in the Battle of Chosan, and was awarded a Bronze Star in Korea.

He is survived by wife, Ramona Uriarte;

His Children:
Abraham J. Uriarte, Steve Uriarte, Lola Uriarte, Francine Uriarte, and Charles Uriarte

14 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren;

He received a National Defense Service Medal, China Service Medal and United Nations Korean Service Medal

His Services:

His ashes will be dispersed into the Pacific during a private service.
